Talk:Hong Kong Special Administrative Region passport

[edit] Failed GA
I assessed the Good article criteria as follows:
1. It is not well-written enough. The prose is awkward in numerous places. For example, under the "Eligibility and Application section": "See also who is eligible for a Hong Kong SAR passport [1]" There are others, but they are too numerous to mention.
2. There are not enough citations. Some things that could be challenged under the "History", "Usage and Restrictions", and "Consular Protection" sections are uncited. For example, under "Consular Protection": "However, it is not uncommon for PRC authorities overseas to offer consular assistance to PRC citizens of Hong Kong origin traveling on their British National (Overseas) passports." How do you know that it is "not uncommon"? Needs a citation.
3. Coverage is as broad as possible for an article about a passport.
4. It is sufficiently neutral.
5. Seems stable enough to pass.
6. Images all seem fine.
In sum, the article passes criteria 3-6, but I have to fail it because of the prose and citation problems.--Danaman5 01:59, 26 May 2007 (UTC)

I remark the visa-free entry section has not include the United States, please note that. Narold 03:59, 21 October 2007 (UTC)

The essay is only a just-for-fun one and it is not a suitable source for the Wikipedia. BN(O) (talk) 01:20, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
