Cynthia Rothrock is an amazing FBI agent, working with her sister, Donna Jason to try and stop the operations of Jason Slade (John Miller II), a corrupt businessman suspected of attempted murder and other such activities. Slade has come into contact with the detonating device for a foreign nuclear warhead, and it's up to 3 or four people to stop him.
