The Hong Kong Joint School Electronics and Computer Society (HKJSECS/JSECS/ECS), being the first non-profit making joint secondary school student society in Hong Kong in the field of computer and information technology, was established in 1979 by a group of devoted and enthusiastic secondary school teachers and inquisitive students, who had strong interests in electronics and computer. The HKJSECS aims at stimulating students’ interest in aspects of electronics and computer, fostering the exchange of knowledge in these fields and enhancing co-operation amongst schools.
