Hong Kong Bar Association

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Hong Kong Bar Association (HKBA) (traditional Chinese: 香港大律師公會) is the professional regulatory body for barristers in Hong Kong. It was founded in 1949. Like other professional organisations, the HKBA has the authority to punish the members who are found (or confessed to the Bar Council) to be unable to comply with the Code of Conduct of the Hong Kong Bar.

Rimsky Yuen SC is the present Chairman of the Council of the HKBA.
