The Honda GL 650 Silver Wing is a motorcycle, launched in 1983, to complement the GL500 Silver Wing.
The 1983 model year bikes were sold in one of two color schemes: Candy Wineberry Red with Bramble Red Metallic or Nimbus Gray Metallic with Achilles Black Metallic. The stripes on the red bike were red; but on the gray bike they were black. The "HONDA" and "SILVERWING" emblems were gold. The seat and trunk system had a modular design like the 1981 Honda GL500. Although the performance of the GL650 Silver Wing was much better than that of the GL500 Silver Wing this model did not last very long.
