You can place {{helpme}} on your talk page, followed by your question or whatever it is that you need help with.
Alternatively, you can check out Wikipedia:Adopt-a-user to see if you would be interested in being "adopted" by a more experienced user.

- Sorry about the late response... been a bit busy as of late. So I looked around, and I seem to be able to define borders for individual cells, but it seems that you can't get a vertical border for the entire chart using only one style tag.
- I posted at the Help Desk if you want to take a looksee.
