[edit] January 2008

Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did to F-16 Fighting Falcon. Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. - BillCJ (talk) 20:14, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

Pleas STOP adding info to aircraft articles with unsourced claims about Mexico owning, buying, or considering purchases. YOu are not exempt from Reliable Sources just because you are adding info about Mexico, no matter who you are, where you are from, or what language you may speak. Further violations may result in your account being blocked. Thanks - BillCJ (talk) 20:14, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:ARM Romero.JPG

[edit] Speedy deletion of BDX

A tag has been placed on BDX requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. [edit] Marking photos as self-made

Hi Homan05. Welcome to Wikipedia. May I ask that you clarify several of your uploads? You have uploaded several files as self-made, and yet given a link to another website, sometimes with a person's name specifically attached to the authorship. If you are not the author, please do not mark photos as self-made, and please go back and mark each files you have uploaded with {{db-author}}, because the note at the bottom of the site states "Copyright notice: All photos, text, and information on this site are for educational and non-commercial use only" (a license incompatible with Wikipedia). Thanks. The Evil Spartan (talk) 20:06, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Army of El Salvador

A tag has been placed on Army of El Salvador, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. coccyx bloccyx(toccyx) 16:49, 23 May 2008 (UTC)

To follow up beyond the boiler plate warning above, please don't create worthless blank articles like this, and then leave them hanging around for MONTHS AND MONTHS. This hurts, not helps, the Wikipedia endeavor. coccyx bloccyx(toccyx) 16:50, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
