For the Paillier cryptosystem, shouldn't E(x1 + x2 mod n) be E(x1 + x2 mod m)?

If we're going to define Homomorphic encryption as an intentional property (as opposed to malleability, which may not be), we need to provide citations that show the designers of each of the listed cryptosystems intended it.
