Homewood North is a neighborhood in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA's east city area. Community Description: Settled atop a hill in the Homewood section of Pittsburgh, Homewood North is comprised of 135 townhouse-style units. The well-manicured community is just minutes away from shopping districts in the Penn Hills and East Liberty sections of Pittsburgh and is just a short drive to Edgewood Towne Center. The community is part of the Pittsburgh Public School system and has an elementary and high school within walking distance. Homewood North has a Family Investment Center, which houses a Head Start classroom, computer lab and resident self-sufficiency office. The community offers 2, 3, 4, and 6 bedroom units.
