HOMer Award

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The HOMer Awards were founded in 1991 by Jim Schneider, one of the sysops of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Literature Forum on the CompuServe Information Service. The award's name recalls both the ancient Greek epic poet and the CompuServe code-page for this forum, HOM-9. All members of the SF&F Forum are eligible to nominate items and to vote on the final ballot.
