[edit] Haymo

The wikipedia article on Haymo is a bit of a jumble at this point, as it confuses two separate authors of the same name who are distinguished today as "of Auxerre" and "of Halberstadt," respectively. I am still working through sources to find out which of these men authored the work in question. Help or opinions from anyone more familiar with this field are welcome. [edit] Nice article

You'll see I've changed the cat to a more precise one. Personally I think it would be better with the infobox removed, so the picture can be larger, & the whole cast seen better. Johnbod (talk) 18:12, 8 December 2007 (UTC)

Thanks! I'm afraid I'm not very good at resizing images yet, but I agree that the picture isn't very clear as is. Can you help with that? Kafka Liz (talk) 15:34, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
I've done it at 300 (in fact no need to remove the box I remember), but it is a rather fuzzy scan unfortunately. It should not really be set smaller, or for people with 300px as their default setting, it will actually look smaller. Does this look ok? Johnbod (talk) 15:39, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
Yes, it's much easier to see now, although not as sharp as I would like it to be. I'll see if I can't find a better usable scan of it somewhere. Thanks again! Kafka Liz (talk) 15:49, 11 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Dates

"during the late 14th and early 15th centuries" - not "late 15th and early 16th centuries"? Most of the examles I know are early 16th. Johnbod (talk) 23:03, 11 December 2007 (UTC)

I may have written that incorrectly; those dates may refer more to texts than to art. Let me check on that.Kafka Liz (talk) 13:39, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
Update - it should indeed be 15th/16th. Thanks for catching that! Kafka Liz (talk) 13:56, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
