[edit] Catholic Priest...?

Yo, that's not a Catholic priest. Catholic priests wear long, white robes, not collars.

I don't know about other confessions, but Catholic priests DO wear black clothes with a collar, only not during celebrations.

It is a Catholic priest. Many Catholic prophecies predicted that there would be a time
when demons had more power to seduce the people of the world, and that one of the primary

targets would be priests since they work toward the salvation of souls. Without good priests the rest of the population would be easy pickings. The album cover is a triumphant demon casting his prize into hell regardless of how much Dio denies it.

Adapt the lyrics to the prophecies: A Holy Diver is a Priest

--you've been down too long in the midnight sea...

reference to priests becoming too accustom to living in worldliness and forgetting their ministry.

--"Oh what's becoming of me..."

A mocking quotation of the priest lamenting the changes he has undergone and his helplessness to do anything about it.

--Ride the tiger

encouraging the priest to give in to his inclination to do what he is being tempted to do. To go along with the sleek and crafty demon attacking him.

--Got shiny diamonds...

The priest is a valuable prize for a demon, who wants to bring about his damnation.

--Something is coming for you...

Obvious.. the demon is after him

--Race for the morning.... hide in the sun...

Hopeful waiting that it will all pass and go away

--"Oh we will pray it's alright"

  Again mocking quotation..and obvious
