Let us all stand guard against tyranny, violence and inhumanity." Explanation of the design: "The twisted and fractured circle represents the life cycle being torn apart by an unnatural force. Emanciated hands resist, grasp, and then beg for an end to their inhumane conditions." Design suggested by Liudmyla.
