Holy Cross Hospital (Silver Spring)

Holy Cross Hospital is a large hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland. The hospital is the second largest in Maryland. The hospital was founded in 1963 by the sisters of holy cross. There are over 1,200 doctors in the hospital.

The Hospital started in 1963 by the sisters of the holy cross congregation. The hospital was the first hospital in Maryland to have an MRI machine. The hospital gets roughly 157,000 patients in an average year. The hospital is part of trinity health.
