Holy is U.D.O.'s seventh album. It was recorded and mixed by Stefan Kaufmann at ROXX Studio, Pulheim. The band has since their last release recruited drummer Lorenzo Milani and the guitarist Igor Gianola who has played with Ronni Lé Tekrø in Wild Willy's Gang.
