Holsworthy railway station is on the East Hills railway line, Sydney. The station serves the suburbs of Holsworthy (including the adjoining military base), Hammondville and Wattle Grove. The station is a modern concrete and steel construction, and has an island plaftorm with a commuter carpark. Holsworthy station is linked to City of Liverpool by bus routes 901 and 902 served by Veolia Transport NSW [1]. A lift and stairs connect the pedestrian overbridge with the platform.

The station was built in 1987 as the only intermediate station on the East Hills line extension between East Hills and the Main South Line at Glenfield[2].

Holsworthy is generally served by limited stops trains between Campbelltown and the city every 15 minutes during peak times and half hourly at other times[3]. As is the convention in Sydney, platform 1 is for Sydney bound trains, and platform 2 is for Campbelltown bound trains.
