Holmesglen is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of Malvern East, on the Glen Waverley railway line. It is in Metcard Zones 1+2 overlap.

The station is located at the eastern end of the Warrigal Road rail overpass. Holmesglen Institute of TAFE is adjacent to the station.

The station consists of two platforms in an island format. The island platform contains a large weatherboard building. A large Metcard machine is located at the entrance to the platforms, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. A subway is located underneath the station.
Both platforms can be accessed via Warrigal Road.

Holmesglen station originally opened on May 5, 1930. This station was the site of a train crash in 2000. [1]
