Holly Springs Township (also designated Township 6) is one of twenty townships within Wake County, North Carolina. As of the 2000 census, Holly Springs Township had a population of 16,304, a 180.1% increase over 1990, and a population density of 0.44 people per acre (109/km²).

Holly Springs Township, occupying 36,800 acres (149 km²) in southwestern Wake County, includes most of the town of Holly Springs and portions of the towns of Apex and Fuquay-Varina.
