Hollowayville is a village in Bureau County, Illinois, United States. The population was 90 at the 2000 census. It is part of the OttawaStreator Micropolitan Statistical Area.

Hollowayville is located at 41°21′54″N, 89°17′41″W (41.364952, -89.294625)[1].

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.1 km²), all of it land.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 90 people, 29 households, and 24 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,836.6 people per square mile (695.0/km²). There were 31 housing units at an average density of 632.6/sq mi (239.4/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 100.00% White.

There were 29 households out of which 48.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 72.4% were married couples living together, 6.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 17.2% were non-families. 17.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.10 and the average family size was 3.54.

In the village the population was spread out with 34.4% under the age of 18, 7.8% from 18 to 24, 35.6% from 25 to 44, 12.2% from 45 to 64, and 10.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 29 years. For every 100 females there were 104.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 90.3 males.

The median income for a household in the village was $52,500, and the median income for a family was $63,750. Males had a median income of $41,750 versus $31,250 for females. The per capita income for the village was $15,825. None of the population and none of the families were below the poverty line.
