Hollarado (holla + Colorado), is a word invented by Igor Tkac and the title of a skateboarding video created by Anthony Mellick of The Denver shop that catapulted William Spencer's (one of the featured skateboarders in the video) career as a stunt double for such artists as The black eyed peas and actors like Orlando Bloom. Spencer's part on Youtube amassed almost a million views in under one year with his ender trick where he front flipped down the Denver Civic center ten stairs and landed cleanly on his skateboard. The Youtube video was later taken down and re-uploaded by Anthony Mellick (the content's original producer).
Spencer has signed a deal to develop a skateboarding stunt series based on his Youtube clip for MTV currently being called Hollarado. Set to air this year, it is in the process of being cast in Colorado and will follow Spencer and a cast of friends as they challenge each other to perform bigger and crazier tricks.[1]
