HollandExel (IATA: YZ, ICAO: HXL, and Callsign: HollandExel) was an airline based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It operated charter services for tour operators. It ceased operations in 2005.

The airline was established in 2003 and started operations in January 2004. It was formerly known as ATR Leasing VI and was established as a subsidiary of the Dutch holding company Exel Aviation Group. It had been operating under bankruptcy protection since January 2005 and has since ceased operations.

HollandExel operated an international scheduled service to Curaçao.

HollandExel operated the following aircraft:
- 1 Boeing 757-200 (disposed of in 2004)
- 3 Boeing 767-300 (transferred to Arkefly in April 2005)
