Holidae In is a single by American rapper Chingy, the second from his album Jackpot. It features Snoop Dogg and Ludacris, and reached #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and #35 on the UK Singles Chart.

The music video directed by Jeremy Rall adapts the video concept of Tupac Shakur's 1995 single "Temptations", where the viewer is guided through a "Maniac Mansion" called the Jackpot Inn, in which every room has a special feature including a sleeproom, a pillow fight room (room 102), Jamaican smoke room (room 103), a neon glow room and there's also a Brady Bunch parody with a 3x3 checked screen segment. Although this is uncertain, it is reported that the original title was "Holiday Inn" but the hotel chain threatened to sue the rappers if they did not change the spelling. Chingy complied, and it was changed to "Holidae In". Also in the video is a man set to look like Tupac.

The video for "Holidae In" was nominated for an MTV Video Music Award for Best Hip-Hop Video in 2004.

[edit] Trivia

  • The song refers specifically to the Oakland Park Holiday Inn, near Lambert Airport, which can be found, as the song suggests, by following "Highway 270 to Natural Bridge Road", where it intersects Woodson Road.
