Holenbrunn

Holenbrunn is a village in the Fichtelgebirge mountains. It is part of the town Wunsiedel in the north-east of the german state Bavaria. It has approximately 1000 inhabitants and an area of 10,09 km2.

- 19th century neighbouring villages (Hauenreuth, Holenbrunn, Juliushammer, Wintersberg and Wintersreuth) were joined to one civil parish
- 1877 - train track opend
- 1978 - Amalgamation with Wunsiedel due to an administration reform (Eingemeindung)
