In August 2007 "Hold On" debuted at #92 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the band's second charting single in their career (the first being "Year 3000", which peaked at #31). The single has currently peaked at #53 on the Hot 100. It is also featured on the Disney Channel Original Movie, Johnny Kapahala: Back on Board. At almost the end of the music video, it is seen that Joe Jonas threw the mic stand over at the back. The song is also featured on the Turbo Tooth Tunes collection. At a concert, Joe forgot the words near the start of the song, around a minute and a half later, Kevin fell backwards, but was alright. It was ironic for Kevin to fall during the song "Hold On". Nick and Joe found it hard to sing as they were laughing so much.
