I don't think this article is entirely accurate. I've always thought the title is given to those who have not (yet) reached the status of a mujtahid. BhaiSaab ^talk 20:56, 18 June 2006 (UTC)

Okay, I've asked around and the article is right. The problem is that some people below the rank of mujtahid have begun misusing this title. BhaiSaab ^talk 05:04, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
