It seems like the original linked #07 photo of the constellation took enough traffic from wikipedia that it is now blocked if the referrer is wikipedia. You can still easily access it from the linked article. Since the replacment (04) photo is likely to become locked out too, I'm going to remove the direct link.--J Clear 18:49, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Solving hogging and sagging issues on large vessels

An attenuating wave device, such as in the Pelamis wave energy converter could be implemented to absorb the hogging and sagging of a large vessel alowing it to be built larger, while generating electricity to power it.
