Horace Owen Eller (July 5, 1894 Muncie, IN - July 18, 1961 Indianapolis, IN) was a pitcher with a 5 year career from 1917 to 1921. He played for the Cincinnati Reds of the National League.
On August 21, 1917, Eller struck out three batters on nine pitches in the ninth inning of a 7-5 win over the New York Giants. Eller became the third National League pitcher and the fourth pitcher in Major League history to accomplish the nine-strike/three-strikeout half-inning.
