A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Djilali Hamri, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). [edit] Little note

Hey there! I've noticed you have been creating a few different articles about hockey players. That's pretty cool, as I'm a huge hockey fan myself! Unfortunately, I'm not so sure that your edits and creations are notable. The website you have listed is a myspace, and that alone is not a good source. The "official" Algerian hockey site is devoid of any helpful information at this point it seems, and unfortunately, Wikipedia would need verifiable sources in order to help create and expand a good article. If there is anything I can do to help out, please don't hesitate to leave me a message, or just reply here. Best of luck! Jmlk17 01:08, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of Kuwait national ice hockey team

A tag has been placed on Kuwait national ice hockey team requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. -ReuvenkT C 16:46, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] deletion

A tag has been placed on Akim Ramoul, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

not important enough, not enough info.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. LukeTheSpook (talk) 22:07, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

  • as of right now, there is not enough info on it for it to be an article. please completely write an article BEFORE submitting it to wikipedia to avoid this from happening.
  • okay, if you need any help writing it, just let me know. LukeTheSpook (talk) 22:12, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
  • Are you finished with the article now? first off, please do not delete a deletion tag, i was going to do that, the person who creates the article is not allowed to remove a deletion tag. I spruced up the article for you and made it good so it probally won't get nominated for deletion again. Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia! LukeTheSpook (talk) 22:33, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
