Hobgoblin is a fictional character in the Marvel Universe.
Hobgoblin is a long-time member of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard. Hobgoblin's powers are the natural ability of his race, as a shapeshifter of the Chameleoid race. The exact limitations of his shapeshifting ability are unknown, although he has been seen to transform into large, non-humanoid creatures. His abilities allow him to increase his strength. He was killed by Vulcan along with many other Imperial Guard members.
[edit] In other media
In the X-Men Animated Series, Hobgoblin appears in The Phoenix Saga and The Dark Phoenix Saga alongside the rest of the Imperial Guard.
