Hoath is a village and civil parish situated within the Canterbury City local government district. The hamlets of Knaves Ash, Maypole, Ford, Old Tree, Shelvingford and Stoney Acre all form part of the parish.
Within Hoath there is a small primary school, a camp site called Southview Camping, a pub/restaurant (the Prince of Wales), a small church & village hall. Also in the village there used to be a small shop; however due to lack of business this was closed down.
Information can be found on all the latest events and meetings on the village's website. The School, Church, Parish Council and local businesses are all featured and there's information on the history of the village and village life.
