Ho Chi Minh city's automobile mechanical industrial zone
The HCM city's Automobile Mechanical Industrial zone is located on Road 8, Hòa Phú and Tân Thạnh Đông Commune, Củ Chi District, Hồ Chí Minh City with 112.9 ha in which there is 60.82 ha for rent. It has fully-equipped water and power supply, water treatment plant with capacity of 2,500 m3/day, traffic and communication system meeting with Vietnamese standard. Industries called for investment are automobile manufacture, automobile components and supporting industries. The duration of any project is 50 years.
