Hnojník  (Polish: Gnojnik ) is a village in Frýdek-Místek District, Moravian-Silesian Region, Czech Republic. It has a population of 1,446 (2001 census), 11.5% of the population are the Poles.[1] The village lies in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia and was first mentioned in a written document in 1305 as Gnoynik.[2]
