RfA criteria

Adminship, to me, really is "no big deal", and, unless I see something that throws me off completely, I will support. You will never, ever catch me oppose for "no need for the tools", etc.

However, there are several reasons for which I may oppose an RfA. Usually, the reasons are apparent lack of understanding of Wikipedia's policies (typically through few namespace edits) or a history of being hot-headed or uncivil.

I also always make sure to look through all of the opposes and neutrals to make sure that I don't miss anything, and, most importantly, I judge each request on a case by case basis.
