I am a Wikipedia administrator named Hayley. Currently, I am in my early twenties and pursuing an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. I have been a Wikipedian for 1 year, 2 months, and 22 days and an administrator for 8 months and 14 days.
You can contact me one of several ways:
- Talk page: This is my primary mode of being contacted.
- Email: Email me only if you cannot post on my talk.
- IRC: For quick queries, my IRC nickname is [hmwith].
If I am not online, and you need a swift response to a query, any of the users on this page will be more than willing to assist you. |

Technology
I use 1280x800 resolution Toshiba Satellite laptop with a Turion 64 X2 dual core processor. My web browser is Mozilla Firefox, which I use on the Windows Vista operating system. I have contributed images from both "The V" and the "enV", but most of my images come from a Kodak EasyShare digital camera. You can see those public domain & GFDL images at /pics.
Editing patterns
I tend to edit anything involving Ohio, music, animals, & websites, and I create articles on the "most requested articles" list. My most edited articles are Gesu School, Hayley, St. Ursula Academy (Toledo, Ohio), Kings (drinking game), and Guster, respectively, and my most edited templates include American Idol, Guster, Toledo, LG phones, and Infobox Given Name.
Administrative tasks
-
Editing philosophies
- Delusionism, makes decisions on a case-by-case basis
- Immediatism, every page should be and look the best it can be at any point in time
- Communalism, there is no "one author" of an article
- Politicism, one's valuable editor is another's POV-pusher; opposing sides can work together
- Statusquoism, editors should discuss big changes on talk pages (on heavy traffic or controversial articles)
