Monmouth class armoured cruiser HMS Berwick (ID from the stern name, not 100% certain)

Original title: An American cruiser arriving in New York, probably at the time of the Portsmouth Peace Conference.

Note: The cruiser is flying a British flag, so identification in title is incorrect.
