HMS Phoebe was an Admiralty M class destroyer built by Fairfield Shipbuilding & Engineering Company at Govan for the Royal Navy that was launched on 20 November 1916. She saw service during World War I, and took part in the Zeebrugee raid on 23 April 1918. Postwar, she was sold for breaking up on 15 November 1921.
