HMS Manxman
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Two ships of the Royal Navy have borne the name HMS Manxman, after the term for an inhabitant of the Isle of Man:
- HMS Manxman was a ferry of 1903 converted to service as a seaplane carrier between 1916 and 1920.
- HMS Manxman was an Abdiel class minelayer launched in 1940, converted to a minesweeper support ship in 1963, and sold for breaking up in 1972.
