HMS Majestic

Four ships of the British Royal Navy have been named HMS Majestic.
- The first Majestic (1785) - 74-gun third-rate, razeed into a 56-gun fourth-rate frigate in 1814 and broken up in 1816 after a stranding. She fought in the Battle of the Nile.
- The second Majestic (1853) - Screw-propelled 80-gun second-rate, broken up in 1868.
- The third Majestic (1895) - Predreadnought battleship of the Majestic class, sunk by U-21 in 1915.
- The fourth Majestic (1945) - Light carrier of the Majestic class, suspended in 1946 and later transferred to the Royal Australian Navy and completed as HMAS Melbourne, BU 1980s.
HMS Edinburgh, a turret ship built in 1882 was also originally named HMS Majestic, but was renamed on the stocks prior to launch.
