HMS Hibernia

Four ships of the Royal Navy have borne the name HMS Hibernia after the Latin name of Ireland.
- Hibernia, a seventy-four ship of the line launched in 1765, and renamed Prince of Wales
- Hibernia (1804), a 110-gun ship of the line launched in 1804 and broken up almost a century later, having served for many years as the base flagship at Malta
- Hibernia was launched as HMS Achilles in 1863 but was briefly renamed Hibernia between 1902 and 1904.
- Hibernia (1905), a pre-dreadnought battleship (King Edward VII class) launched in 1905. On 2 May 1912, she became the first ship to launch an aircraft whilst moving.
