HMS Greenwich was a 50-gun fourth rate ship of the Royal Navy. She was built by Moody Janverin at Lege on the Beaulieu River in Hampshire and launched on 19 March 1748.
She was captured off Saint-Domingue by Éveillé and Diadème on 18 March 1757.
