HMS Ardent (1913)

HMS Ardent, launched on 8th September 1913, was an Acasta-class destroyer.
She joined the 4th Destroyer Flotilla on completion and served with the Grand Fleet on the outbreak of World War I. In summer 1916 she was at the Humber, moving to Portsmouth later and then in 1917 to Devonport. She was a Denny Special. Sunk on 1st June 1916 in the Battle of Jutland.
