HMCS Oakville (K178)

HMCS Oakville (K178) was a Flower-class corvette that served in the Royal Canadian Navy.
Oakville is credited with sinking the German submarine U-94 on August 28, 1942 in the Caribbean Sea.
Following her decommissioning after the war, Oakville was sold to Venezuela. The ship's bell disappeared prior to the sale and remains missing.
