HMAS Swan

Three ships of the Royal Australian Navy have been named for the Swan River in Western Australia.
- The first HMAS Swan (D-61) was a River class destroyer launched on 11 December 1915.
- The second HMAS Swan (U 74/A 427/F 74) was a Grimsby class sloop launched on 28 March 1936.
- The third HMAS Swan (DE 50) was a River class destroyer escort launched on 16 December 1967.
