HMAS Fremantle

Two vessels of the Royal Australian Navy have been named for the city of Fremantle in Western Australia.
- The first HMAS Fremantle (J246/M246) was a Bathurst class corvette launched in 1943 and decommissioned in 1959.
- The second HMAS Fremantle (FCPB 203) was a Fremantle class patrol boat commissioned in 1980 and decommissioned in 2006.
- HMS Swordsman, a S class destroyer of the Royal Navy transferred to the Royal Australian Navy was to have been renamed HMAS Fremantle, but this order was rescinded on 11 June 1920.
