[edit] Redirect and move
Redirect to Hong Kong and move content to HK (disambiguation)? Other uses doesn't seem notable (and 7 out of ten doesn't have an article). Aran|heru|nar 11:20, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
- My only hesitation about that is the {{redirect}} tag will be at the top of the Hong Kong article, effectively making HK the primary redirect - is that warranted?--Bookandcoffee 19:41, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
- I'm rather skeptical about such a move: Heckler and Koch is a pretty common sense, very commonly abbreviated as such, and top google hit when I try it. (If that's search customisation, I hate to think what web search engines have decided about me.) In contrast, "Hong Kong" is overwhelmingly written in full -- at least in western media, which is a huge part of the weighting of "common English-language usage". Other than it's TLD, or in contexts where a 2LA is called for, or when being the "H" in Honkers and Shankers Bankers. Alai 02:31, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
I must defend the Holt-Kualapalan definition, he really is a well known HK.
