Keep - That offence cited is for counterfeiting notes for reuse as legal tender - note the words "on any substance whatsoever" - it's not a copyright issue. This removal thing should be deleted unless a specific copyright violation is found. There are notes pictures all over WP currency articles - and they're not illegal despite widespread counterfeiting laws all over the world. (JROBBO 14:58, 2 May 2006 (UTC))
