Changes:

removed most unnecessary points put in by a vectorizer used to make the original
retraced the numbers
big file size decrease

This image shows (or resembles) a symbol that has been used by national-socialist organizations. The use of characteristic insignia of organizations that are outlawed in Germany (like the swastika of the Nazi Party) may be illegal in Germany, depending on context, under §86a of the German criminal code (StGB).
