[edit] Next TPB

Hi, to the creator of this great article, do you know when they will print the next TPB? I've managed to buy the first 5, but am unable to get the actual comic books themselves without spending a large amount of money.

You mentioned that they might start resume printing the TPBs soon, any confirmation on that?

Great article, thanks!

I may have added that, but not, I'll speak for him ... I read a thing which said that there was some scuttlebutt that DC would be going back and doing some more Hitman trades because Ennis is doing one of his new series for them (I think 'The Boys'), and it sounds very Hitmannish.

[edit] Summaries

Hi, everybody, I realize some of the story summaries read long right now (though, in my defense, 'Ace of Killers' was here before I was, and that's longer than anything I wrote, and the 'Of Thee I Sing' summary was originally twice as long); I'm going to whittle them down a bit as I can, and any suggestions would be quite welcome. Also, I'm thinking that some of the info currently in the issue summaries would go better in a "character" section, especially as none of the characters in the book have their own page (because none of them exist in any other comic book, so there's no need). I'm thinking a quick character section listing Tommy, Natt, Pat, Sean, Ringo, Sixpack, and Hacken, plus a smaller one for lesser characters like Maggie or Dr. Jackson, and possibly a few notable villains. A lot of the flashback history information could be fitted into this section, rather than in the story in which it was introduced, which would also make many summaries (especially 'Closing Time') shorter. [edit] New Hitman miniseries

Should we add information on the new upcoming miniseries, or would that violate the "wikipedia is not a crystal ball" policy?

It depends. Often (especially with DC it seems) they flag one thing as a distraction from something else and we can end up in a bit of a mess if we start articles too early. However, the entry is already here, the important thing is how far ahead we are looking (usually 6 months is a long way in comics) and can we source the information? Once they start the publicity machine we should start to have solid information (previews, interviews, etc.) and I can't think I've seen any (but I might have missed them) - so if you have anything drop it in here and we can take a look at it and give it the thumbs up. Usually it reaches a critical mass and someone will do it anyway - we just have to make sure to avoid gossip and insider tips and stick to what we can prove. Does that help? [edit] JLA episodes

Where exactly does Tommy Monaghan appear ("Initiation" episode) and is mentioned by Mandragora ("Double Date" episode)? I can't find 'em out... --Superchilum(talk to me!) 13:58, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Hitman 21 - Cover.jpg

Image:Hitman 21 - Cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
