Hits And More is a compilation album by French singer Amanda Lear released in Italy in 1995. This collection contained her new single at the time, "Everytime You Touch Me", seven tracks from her latest full-length album release Cadavrexquis, two from 1989's Uomini Più Uomini, combined with the original Ariola recordings of some of her best known songs from the 70's.
Later that same year Eurodisco single "Everytime You Touch Me" was to be followed by a full-length album in the same genre, Alter Ego.
