Hit List Portugal is the Portuguese chart of music.

Hit List Portugal consists of 20 singles/music videos which are selected by a ranking vote that is held on the MTV Portugal website.[1]

Each Wednesday at 7:00pm (WET), the chart is presented by one of the MTV Portugal VJ's.
